Your professional server will:



  • Arrive in proper formal attire and set-up up in a seamless manner (one to 1-1/2 hours before serving time)
  • Consult with venue contact when necessary
  • Create your beautiful display
  • Get the chocolate flowing so that your guests are greeted by the delectable aroma of rich, premiere chocolate when it's time for dessert
  • Serve and/or assist your guests in dipping
  • Clean-up at the pre-designated end time
  • Pack-up and be on our way!
